Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, states that the Applicant was arrested in all the C.Rs. i.e. C.R.Nos. 442 of 2015, 634 of 2015 and 403 of 2015, initially registered with the D.N.Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, and C.R.No.369 of 2015 registered with the MHB Police 3/4

Station, Borivali (W) and subsequently, transferred to the E.O.W., Mumbai. He submits that after the Applicant was arrested in the said C.Rs., he was released on regular bail and that, chargesheet has been filed in all the aforesaid C.Rs.

Learned APP does not dispute the aforesaid.

Considering the aforesaid, the applications are rendered infructuous. The same are accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 4.

In view of the disposal of the aforesaid applications, none of the Interim Applications survive for consideration. All the Interim Applications are also accordingly disposed of. 5.
