P.C.:- Ms. Shah, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners fairly submitted that, against the impugned Order dated 12th December, 2018, passed in RTS Revision Application No.1062 of 2017, a second revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code would lie before the State Government. She therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to pursue the said remedy before the State Government.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

It is needless to mention that, the Petitioners will be entitled to get benefit under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for the period for pursuing present Petition before this Court.
