This Petition is filed for seeking direction to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurg at Sindhudurg Nagari- Oros to pass an order on application below Exhibit '5' within a period of one week.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners produces a copy of the Roznama disclosing that on 31st May, 2018 the applications below Exhibit '5' and Exhibit '22' were heard. It appears that both the applications were heard in vacation.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that till today, the learned Judge of the trial Court has not passed orders on the applications below Exhibit '5' and Exhibit '22'. He has further submitted that now the matter is fixed before the trial Court on 3rd August, 2018. 6.

The apprehension expressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners is that respondent No.1, who is dismissed by the petitioners, will be superannuating on 31st July, 2018.

Considered submissions. The learned Judge of the trial Court to decide both the applications below Exhibit '5' and Exhibit '22' on 3rd August, 2018.
