In pursuance of Order dated 4th January 2023, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali, Dindoshi Division, Mumbai, through Registrar of the said Court has submitted a report dated 17th January 2023. We have perused the report and are satisfied with the statements made therein.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane, submitted that, the Petitioner is being produced before the Trial Court from 11th February 2022 on various occasions except when the Police escort was not available. That, the Jail Authority has also communicated with the Trial Court for providing Video 1/2

In view of above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off. 4.
