Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application before the Selection Committee for selecting the prisoners to be transferred to the Open Prison. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. 2.

In the event the petitioner makes such application within the period of two weeks from today, the selection committee shall decide the same on its own merits in the next scheduled meeting, in light of the observations made by this court in Criminal Writ Petition No.362 of 2010, decided on 12th August, 2010.
