1) This is an application for relaxation of the condition imposed upon the applicants while releasing them on bail by an order dated 19.3.2014. By the said order the applicants were directed to attend the concerned police station on every alternate day between 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. from the next day of their release from jail until further orders by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai in Bail Application No. 584 of 2014.

2) On an application filed by the applicants the said condition was relaxed by an order dated 30/6/2014 and the applicants were directed to attend the Khar Police Station on every Monday between 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial. The applicants thereafter preferred Criminal

2 /2 907-appp-661-16.doc Application No. 553 of 2014 in this Court for further relaxation of the said condition. This Court by its order dated 8/1/2015 relaxed the said condition and directed the applicants to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month. The present application is for further relaxation of the condition.

3) It is to be noted here that the condition imposed upon the applicant has already been relaxed on two occasions and there is no need to further relax the said condition. I find no merit in the application.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
