The grievance of inter-district transfer of Zilla Parishad employees can be looked into by the Divisional Commissioner at Pune, who is competent. We, therefore, permit the Petitioner to approach the said authority within the period of two weeks from today. If such grievance is made, the Divisional Commissioner shall endeavour to decide the matter before the commencement of next academic session.
