By order dated 27/03/2015, Civil Application No. 1460 of 2009 for condonation of delay was allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to respondents No. 1 to 3 within 4 weeks from the date of the order.

Ms.Acharya states that on account of financial difficulty, applicant could not comply that order and therefore, seeks extension of 12 days for paying the costs.

In view thereof, time stipulated in the order dated 27/03/2015 is extended upto and inclusive on 08/05/2015.

Ms.Acharya has handed over amount of costs of Rs.5,000/- to Mr.Bhoslae who acknowledges the same.
