The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Petitioner No.1(E)) - Babubai Sitaram Wadkar on record, for setting aside the abatement against the Petitioner No.1(E) and for condonation of delay of 2 years and 148 days in filing the Civil Application. lgc

The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned, the abatement against the Petitioner No.1(E) is set aside and the heirs of the Petitioner No.1(E) are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. After the amendment is carried out list the above Writ Petition on 05/04/2019.
