The learned APP on instructions submits that the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No.503 of 2013 is at the fog-end. She submitted that except the Investigating Officer, all other witnesses have been examined. In view of the said statement, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. However, he submits that on last four occasions the Investigating Officer did not remain present and therefore the trial could not proceed.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court seized of Sessions Case No.503 of 2013 is hereby directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The learned Counsel for the applicant is at liberty to file fresh bail application

Dond 2/2 ba.1606-2015.sxw before the Trial Court, if the trial is not concluded within the said period.

The Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
