Learned AGP has filed withdrawal pursis which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.
Shri Potnis opposed the request contending that the claimants have filed cross appeals. Accordingly these appeals are allowed to be withdrawn.

Needless to mention that the cross appeals if any, filed by the claimants will be decided on its own merits. 4.
The respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount awarded by the Reference Court already deposited by the appellants in this Court/trial Court if not already withdrawn. In case the claimants have been permitted to withdraw part of the amount deposited, they are at liberty to withdraw the balance, if any.

Needless to mention that the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount along with accrued interest, if any.

The Appeal are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

In view of the disposal of the Appeals, nothing survive for consideration in Civil Applications. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.

Court fee be refunded to the appellants if they are entitled for refund as per the rules.
