After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact that the case is of the year 2017, trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.
