Prayer clause - (a) of the petition reads as under : (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Certiorari or any appropriate writ/direction and thereby be pleased to issue necessary directions/orders to the Respondent No.7 - SubRegistrar to accept the Sale-deed dated 29/03/2022 entered into between the Petitioner no.1 with Petitioner no.2 and 3 without insisting for any NOC from the Office of the Range Forest Officer in view of the Govt. Resolution dated 8/12/2017 issued by the Revenue & Forest Department.

Mr. Samant for respondent on instructions from Respondent No.7 who is present in the court states that Respondent No.7 will accept the sale deed and raise whatever objections he may have on the sale deed and give an opportunity to petitioner to respond by way of reply and also give personal hearing to answer these objections. Mr.Samant states that the objections will be communicated to petitioner within two weeks of the documents being lodged. Mr.Samant further clarifies that accepting/lodging Purti Parab

2/2 33-WP-10845-2022.doc documents would not mean documents will be registered. Further, Mr.Samant says the document will be accepted only if it is lodged on or before 28th November 2022 because thereafter it will be time barred. 3.

Respondent No.7 shall pass order after considering petitioner's reply/submissions and in the order deal with all submissions. 4.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.

Both counsel state that they will not wait for availability of this order to comply with what is stated in the order. Statement accepted. 6.

Petition disposed.
