Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The petitioner's grievance is against respondent no.5 who is Vice Chancellor of Gokhale Institute of politics and Economics. The petitioner is a suspended employee of the institute. It is informed that in the past at the behest of the petitioner certain petitions were filed. One of such writ petition filed was Writ Petition No.5751/2014. The Division Bench of this Court dismissed the writ petition vide order dated 11th March, 2015. The review petition no.58/15 filed by the petitioner was also dismissed by an

2/2 wp7904.14.sxw order dated 15th July, 2015. Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that as vigilant citizen, petitioner desires to point out misappropriation of central funds and misdeeds taking place in the administration of institute. The petitioner's contention is that respondent no.5 is indulging into so many illegal activities and, therefore, appropriate directions be issued.

Learned Counsel appearing for the management submits that petitioner is not participating in the enquiry and the allegations made against respondent no.5 are denied.

We have heard the learned Counsel Mr. Rodrigues appearing for UGC. Learned Counsel submits that Gokhale university is deemed university as recognised by the UGC. Some of the members on the Board of management are nominated by the State Government. 5.

We may not enter into the allegations made by the petitioner and the respondent-management. The enquiry initiated against the petitioner is pending. The criminal proceedings lodged against respondent no.5 would be looked into by the appropriate forums. There are alternate forums to take care of other issues. In the facts, no interference is warranted under extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court. Petition is dismissed.
