It has been submitted that as per the award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kalyan, the entire decretal amount has already been deposited before the M.A.C.T., Kalyan. The learned counsel seeking stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal.
