After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR No. I-169/2015 registered with Kalwa Police Station, Thane does not complete within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted. The record discloses that the applicant is arrested on 13.4.2015 and taking into consideration the said fact the trial Court is hereby directed to expedite the trial and make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one year from today.
