The applicant is served with the notice on 21/06/2022, directing him to report to the police station in the wake of registration of C.R.No.627 of 2022, which invokes Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC. 2.
Learned senior counsel Mr.Khandeparkar specifcally states that the applicant shall abide by the said notice by M.M.Salgaonkar

On appearance, the Investigating Offcer shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and in case, if he is desirous of arresting the applicant, he shall record the reasons in writing and intimate the applicant in advance, atleast 48 hours before effecting the arrest. 3.
