The learned Counsel further submits that as the applicant has been in custody since 6th September, 2020 and charge has yet not been framed, the trial be expedited. Having regard to the period of incarceration the prayer for expeditious conclusion of the trial appears justifiable. The 1/2

20-BA2204-2023.DOC learned Additional Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.788 of 2020 arising out of CR No.282 of 2020 registered with Deonar Police Station, is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.788 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of the communication of this order.

In the event the trial is not concluded within the said period, the applicant shall have the liberty to revive the prayer for bail.
