Considering the nature of accusations faced by the applicant under Sections 353, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC, the Investigating Offcer, who is present in the Court, states that he shall serve notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. upon the applicants.

Upon such notice being served, the applicants shall report to the police station within three days from the date of receipt of notice.
