We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the representations filed by the petitioner which are pending since 9.5.2011. We also permit the petitioner to file an additional representation within a week. The respondent concerned to decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within six weeks from the receipt of the additional representation of the petitioner. Petition is disposed of with liberty.
