This is Civil Application for extending the time to pass necessary orders on the application for stay. The application has been pending before the Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal.

902.caw.2256.16 The other request is that the interim protection against recovery by coercive means may also continue till the Tribunal passes the necessary orders on the stay application. In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances, and since the matter was earlier argued before the Tribunal, we extend the time for disposal of the application till 19th September, 2016. We expect the Revenue not to take any coercive measures till the final orders are passed on the Application.

The Civil Application is disposed off.

The order is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
