The learned counsel for the appellants pointed out that the valuation of the suit is Rs.11,00,000/-, i.e., below 1 crore and, therefore, prays that this Appeal needs to be transferred to District Court, Kolhapur in view of the notification issued by Law and Judiciary Department dated 31st August, 2015.

As per the notification No. CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19 dated 31st August, 2015, which says that the suits having valuation upto 1 crore are to be transferred to District Court with effect from 1st September, 2015. Hence, this Appeal be transferred to District Court, Kolhapur. All the orders which are passed earlier if they exists or survive, shall continue.

Registrar (Judicial) to take steps accordingly. This Appeal is to be transferred to District Court, Kolhapur till 30th September, 2015. 4.

First Appeal is disposed of as transferred.
