Mr. Sasidharan has served compilation of documents on the other side. Mr. Bhatt , therefore, seeks time. He states that applicant is in possession and nobody else is in possession of the suit premises. Applicant has neither created third party interest nor parted with possession and that applicant will hereafter neither create third party interest nor part with possession of the suit premises.
