By order dated 22nd June, 2017, it was directed that in accordance with the order dated 27th April, 2016 passed by the Sessions Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.707 of 2016, the applicant was permitted to furnish cash security for a period of six weeks. Time to furnish surety was also extended for a period of six weeks from the date of appearance before the trial Court. 1/2

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the mother of the applicant who was standing as surety for the applicant is unwell and the applicant was not in position to furnish surety within the stipulated time. It is submitted that time may be extended by further period of six weeks.

Taking into considering the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant, time to furnish surety is extended for the period six weeks from 10th August, 2017. The permission to furnish cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 22nd June, 2017 is also extended by period of six weeks from 10th August, 2017.
