The learned A.P.P informs us that the investigation in which the Petitioner is arraigned as an accused i.e. in C.R. No. 143 of 2018 registered with the Ghatkopar Police Station is ongoing. We, therefore, direct the Investigating Officer to also look into the Applications made by the Petitioner dated 14th February 2018 and 22nd February 2018 in the course of the investigation and take such action as he deems fit in accordance with law.
