The Petitioner prays for quashing and setting aside the show cause notice dated 5th May, 2017 and not to implement the same. The show cause notice dated 5th May, 2017 was issued by the General Administration Department (Grampanchayat Division) Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur. The Petitioner further submits that reply to the said show cause notice was given on 26th May, 2017.

In the facts, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. In case, cause of action arises and the Petitioner makes out a case, the Petitioner may resort to an appropriate remedy as permissible in law. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
