1] The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, submits that he is desirous to issue notice to the Applicant under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C.

Notice shall be issued on the address mentioned in the title clause of the Application.

2] Pursuant to the notice being served, the Applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of three days from its receipt.

The Investigating Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and if he is desirous of effecting arrest of the Applicant he shall specifically record reasons to that effect. 1/2
