Mr. Prabhune, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants have complied with the order and have filed afÏdavit of service.

The present civil application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent on record by condoning the delay.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The names of the applicants enumerated in para 5 of the application be substituted in place of the name of the deceased sole respondent.

7.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from today and copy of amended cause-title be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner before the next date.
