At the outset learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in present crime i.e. C.R No.758 of 2022 registered with Malvani Police Station, Mumbai, police have submitted charge sheet on 30th November 2022. He therefore on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.PC.

Leave and liberty granted.
