By this interim application, the applicants seeks to withdraw amount of Rs.6,72,476/- deposited by the petitioners pursuant to the order dated 6 February 2023 passed in Writ Petition No.9895 of 2022.

By the impugned order, the Tribunal refused to grant back wages. Writ Petition No.4962 of 2024 filed by the applicants against that part of the order is still pending. Hence, granting withdrawal of amount will amount to granting final relief.

Therefore, at this stage such relief cannot be granted. 4.
