This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2. Deceased Respondent No.2 passed away on 6th September 2017. 2.

931-IA-14400-2023.doc Sonali Respondent No.2 sent letter dated 13th June 2023 to the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners informing about death of Respondent No.2 and also giving the details of legal heirs. Accordingly, the application was filed immediately on 26th July 2023.

Ms. Bhavika Shinde, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the Interim Application. 4.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
