P.C.:- This is an Application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Petitioner, in pursuance of Order dated 6th March, 2020 passed by this Court.

The note put up by the Registry mentions that, the Petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.3,30,000/- towards arrears by cheque No.082411 dated 18th March, 2020 in the Registry within the stipulated period.

Mr. Phakde learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, the said arrears is upto the month of March, 2021. 1/2

ssm 2 27-ia4058.21.doc In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Applicant, Original-Respondent No.1/landlord is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.3,30,000/- from the Registry of this Court. It is needless to mention that, withdrawal by the ApplicantOriginal Respondent No.1 is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner-licensee to be raised at the time of hearing of the Writ Petition No.12218 of 2019.
