The application is filed by under trial prisoner. According to him there is no progress in the trial and therefore request is made to transfer trial to some other Court. Learned advocate appointed to represent applicant states that the Trial Court issued witness summons for attendance to witnesses in trial. The next date is of 11th April, 2023. This shows that trial has began therefore it is not necessary to entertain this application.
