The common order dated 31/07/2015 rejecting the application filed by the Petitioners above named in Writ Petition No.8602 of 2015 invoking Order XI Rule 15 of the Code of Civil Procedure as also rejecting the application filed by the Respondent No.7 who is the Petitioner No.1 in Writ Petition St. No.22756 of 2015 invoking under Order V Rule 2 of the Code Civil Procedure is taken exception to by way of the above Writ Petitions. lgc

wp-8602.15&wpst-22756.15 After the Petitions were heard for sometime, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the original Plaintiffs i.e. the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 Shri Vaishnawa makes a statement that the copies of all the 34 plaints with annexures thereto would be furnished to Shri Kunal Bhanage the learned advocate on record for the Petitioners in Writ Petition Stamp No.22756 of 2015 within one week from date. Upon this, the learned Senior Counsel Shri P S Dani appearing with learned advocate Shri Kunal Bhanage states that the copies of the said plaints would be made by Shri Kunal Bhanage both for the Petitioners in the first Petition as well as in the second Petition and 34 copies which are furnished by the learned counsel Shri Vaishnawa would be returned to him.

In view of the fair statement made by Shri Vaishnawa as also Shri Dani, no further directions are required to be issued in the above Petition. The impugned order would accordingly stand set aside and the above Petitions would stand disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel for the parties. Needless to state that the proceedings would not be proceeded in the Trial Court for a period of two weeks from date. [R.M.
