We find that the petitioner has challenged the order of his removal from the post of village Police Patil. In our considered view, for the reliefs claimed in this petition, petitioner can approach Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the circumstances, we dismiss this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing Original Application.
