Upon the order passed in Second Appeal No.802 of 2016 today, admitting the Appeal and framing the substantial questions of law, it has been pointed out by learned counsel for the Applicants that, during the pendency of the Appeal, there was stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Decree of the Trial Court.

Therefore, now, in view of the admission of the Appeal, the same order of stay is extended till the decision of the Appeal. 4.
