1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submitted that, the Prison Authority will reconsider the case of the Petitioner for applicability of the Government Resolution dated 3rd June 2017 issued by the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra, on the eve of 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. The said statement is accepted. 2) In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner at this stage is meted with.

3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
