Presently even as per the say of the petitioners, the objections raised by them to draft planning scheme are pending. Petitioners do not say that the town planning scheme has come into force and is being implemented. They have also not pointed out to the Court any coercive steps taken by the respondents. 2.

In the light of arguments advanced, we therefore, do not find any legal right of the petitioners violated at this stage. We therefore, dispose of the petition.
