By this petition sent through jail, the petitioner has made a grievance that he was not being produced before the trial Court. The said application is dated 13th December 2022. Mr. Jagushte, learned counsel appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee on behalf of the petitioner, states that the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Sessions SQ Pathan 1/2

3-WP-3459-2023.doc Judge vide judgment and order dated 6th May 2023 and as such, the grievance of the petitioner will not survive. Learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that pursuant to the acquittal of the petitioner vide judgment and order dated 6th May 2023, the petitioner has been released from jail on 8th May 2023.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
