DATE : 4TH MAY, 2022 P.C:- The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the complaint made by the applicant, the impugned action was taken by the Director of Education on 16th March, 2018. The original petitioner challenged the said order dated 16th March, 2018 before the Hon'ble Minister wherein the present applicant was impleaded as a party.

KVM 2/2 20 - IA 433 OF 2022.doc Despite this the applicant has not been added as respondent in the writ petition. It is prayed that the applicant be permitted to intervene in the present proceedings. There is no appearance on behalf of the original petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts which are evident from the record, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant shall be added as the respondent no.4 in the writ petition. The respondent no.4 is at liberty to file affidavit in reply to the writ petition. The interim application is disposed of.
