The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail in C.R.No.420 of 2017 registered with Baramati City Police Station, District Pune for offences punishable under sections 279, 337, 354, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Both the sides are heard. A copy of the FIR is produced on record. Learned A.P.P. Showed to this court the injury certificate and also the spot Panchanama. 3.

Initially the crime was registered for offence punishable under section 279 of Indian Penal Code. Subsequently the first informant made allegation against the applicants that they had intention for finish him and with that intention, they had given dash to the complainant from backside by using motor cycle. The material collected shows that the complainant, lady was shifted to a private hospital immediately for treatment. Simple injury was sustained by the first informant. In view of the nature of the injury and the aforesaid circumstances, this court holds

kvm 2/2 33-ABA1408.17 that protection needs to be given to the present applicant. In the result, the following order :- The application is allowed. In case of arrest of the applicant in C.R.No.420 of 2017 registered with Baramati City Police Station, District Pune for offences punishable under sections 279, 337, 354, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants are to be released on bail on the condition of furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- by each one of them. They are to visit the concerned police station on every Sunday between 9 a.m. and 12 noon for a period of one month. (T.V.NALAWADE, J.)
