DATE: AUGUST 13, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, what is noticed is, in exercise of powers under Section 18 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014, Sale Deed executed in favour of the Petitioners on 15/3/2013 came to be cancelled against which Appeal No.3 of 2019 at the behest of the Petitioners is pending. (29) WP-8282-19.doc 2] Having perused the pleadings and the documents on record and having heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5, in my opinion, the Petition can be disposed of with the following order.

3] Notice to Respondent No.4 is dispensed with since the order passed is innocuous. Let there be status quo till decision on Appeal No.3 of 2019 which is pending at the behest of the Petitioners and the hearing of an appeal preferred by the Petitioners is expedited. The said appeal be decided preferably within a period of six weeks. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. ) 2/2
