2] Appellant Nos.2 and 4 are present in-person; whereas Appellant No.3 is present through her power of attorney along with their counsel. Similarly, Respondent Nos.1 and 4 to 6 are present along with their counsel; whereas Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present through their power of attorney.

3] It is submitted that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. The 'Consent Terms' are accordingly drawn and produced on record. They are marked as Annexure - "A" for identification. The Consent Terms are read over to the parties and they are admitted it to be correct.

4] In view of the 'Consent Terms', the Appeal stands disposed off. The decree be drawn up accordingly.
