Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy within the perview of law. He further requested to issue directions to the concerned Family Court for expeditious hearing into the matter.

In view of nature of the subject matter and age of the parties to the proceeding who are senior citizens, leave granted. Writ petition stands dismissed being withdrawn with liberty as prayed, for availing the appropriate legal remedy for seeking maintenance Shridhar Sutar
