Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, on instructions from the Deputy Commissioner of respondent no.1, submits that after getting reply from the State Government, the Planning Authority has taken a decision and accordingly, lay-out plan submitted by the petitioners has now been sanctioned. Learned counsel further submits that the delay occurred in complying with the order passed by this court is regretted and a sympathetic view be taken by this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent no.1, the Contempt Petition be disposed of.
