By this Application, the Applicant has sought condonation of 329 days and restoration of Civil Application No.4779/2009 which was dismissed against Respondent Nos.2 and 3 for non compliance of conditional order.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that steps to serve Respondent Nos.2 and 3 will be taken within four weeks. In view of the said statement and in the light of the reasons stated in the Application, which constitute sufficient grounds, delay is condoned. Civil Application No.4779/2009 stands restored as against Respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3.
