The only grievance highlighted in the present petition is that the appeals preferred by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority have not been decided for the last more than three years.

We have noticed that the appeals pertaining to the assessment years 2010-11 to 2014-15 are pending before the Appellate Authority, since 2017. It would be desirable that the pending appeals be decided as early as possible, preferably within six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
