After going through the impugned order dated 05.07.2023 which is at page No.69 of the Writ Petition. I have also perused the order passed below Exhibit "33" in RCS No.44 of 2020 dated 21.02.2023. I have expressed my mind to Mr. Mandlik. Mr. Mandlik after considering this, has obtained instructions from the Petitioner and would submit that he may allowed to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

However at his request the following direction is passed. The learned Trial Court shall dispose of the pending RCS No.44 of 2020 as
