The prayer is for quashing the First Information Report being C.R.No.25 of 2015 registered with Amboli Police Station, Andheri, Mumbai. There is a report submitted by the Senior Inspector of Police of Economic Offence Wing, Housing-2, Mumbai. The report records that after transfer of investigation to the Economic Offence Wing, the First Information Report was re-registered as C.R.No. 66 of 2015. 55 wp 3342-15.doc not concerned with the Company M/s. A & A Shelter Pvt. Limited, and he was never a Director of the said Company. It is stated that the investigation has been completed and a chargesheet is being filed against some of the Directors of the said Company. 2.

The learned APP, on instructions, stated that the police do not propose to file chargesheet against the petitioner in the light of what is stated in the said report. We accept the said statement and the statements made in the said report. In view of these statements, it is not necessary to entertain this petition for quashing the First Information Report. By accepting the statements, the petition is disposed of.
