Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner raised objection in respect of construction which according to the Petitioner is illegal one carried out by the Respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Municipal Corporation has issued notice under section 53 of the MRTP Act, 1966, thereafter no action was taken.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we direct that the Municipal Corporation shall look into the matter and take appropriate steps strictly in accordance with law within 3 months from today. 4.

All issues on merit are kept open.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
